Ordering and Delivery

To place an order,  simply click "Add To Cart" on the desired item and continue shopping until you are ready to complete your purchase. Return to your shopping cart and click on "Check Out". For new customers, an account will automatically be created with the email address that you have provided. Select your mode of payment and delivery. Once the required information has been filled up, click on "Review Order" to  have an overview of your order. Lastly, click "Submit Order" to place your order and instructions will be directed to you for payment.

Please note that items in your cart are not secured until you have submitted your order successfully and may sell out during the process.

Payment options

White Antler accepts the following payment options:

- Paypal
- Mastercard, Visa
- Internet Banking via DBS/POSB, UOB or OCBC (For Singapore customers only)

Customers are advised to opt for Internet Banking for local customers

All payments are required to be made within 24 hours. Orders will be canceled with or without prior notice if payment is not successfully received during this period. A re-order can be made if the item(s) is still available.

Submiting payment for Paypal

Proceed to make payment. Do not close the Paypal payment tab while payment is still in process as your order will be deemed invalid. In the event of such situations, kindly replace your order again.

Submiting payment for Internet Banking

For customers opting to pay with Internet Banking via DBS/POSB, UOB or OCBC banktransfer, you will be directed to a payment page where instructions will be provided. Kindly open a new tab and transfer through the ibanking page of the bank of your choice and once the transfer is successfully made, return to the payment tab and submit the required transaction details. An email notification will be sent to you to inform you on the verification of your payment within 24 hours.

Do not close the Internet Banking payment tab while payment is still in the process as your order will be deemed invalid. In the event of such situations, kindly replace your order again.

Order Status

You can check the status of your order by clicking on your account "WELCOME [name]" in the top navigation bar. View your entire order history, once you've found your order, click on the order number to view the details.

Amend/Cancel Order

Once your order is submitted, we cannot add or remove items from your order. All sales are final and strictly no cancellations or exchanges are allowed once payment is received.

Handmade and Custom Orders Purchases

Please take note of the waiting time and estimated date of arrival for the handmade and custom orders. Estimated date of arrival for these items are stated at the product's description and are subjected to changes. Delays may occur and affected customers will be notified and updated with news of the orders promptly via email. In the event that the stock arrival is delayed for more than 21 days from the stipulated estimated date, White Antler will offer the option of a full refund to participating customers. 

Handmade and Custom orders purchases must be paid in full at the time of purchase and no cancellations or changes will be allowed. 

White Antler reserves the right to cancel any handmade and custom orders if the response is inadequate. Participating customers will be notified as soon as possible in the event of such cancellations. 

Local Shipping

Orders are processed, packed and shipped within 3 working days. Handmade and Custom orders may take up to 7-14 working days due to material availability and quantity. We ship within Singapore via Singpost and packages have a 1 - 3 days delivery time from the date the package is shipped. If you require a faster shipping option, please contact us. Extra charges apply. 

Domestic postage is offered at a flat rate of S$10.00. All packages will be sent out via registered mail and will include tracking and signature confirmation upon delivery. Please note that the flat rate postage charge is chargeable for each transaction. No refunds will be made if you make multiple orders. Combined postage is not allowed for separate orders. We do not offer reservations or trades.

Self collections only at Tiong Bahru Market and Food Centre. Please opt for "Self Collection" at "Click to Calculate Shipping" during checkout. 

White Antler will not be held responsible or extend any further service for any damaged or loss packages during the delivery caused by Singpost or by Self Collection.

International Shipping

Packages are shipped via registered postage which includes a tracking number and signature confirmation upon delivery. Packages will be shipped within 3 working days, Monday through Fridays excluding weekends and public holidays. Handmade and Custom orders may take up to 7-14 working days due to material availability and quantity. We ship via Singpost and packages have an estimated 7 - 14 days of delivery time from the date the package is shipped. Occasionally items can experience customs delays of several weeks. White Antler follows the postage rates provided by Singpost by cumulative weight. The postage rate will then be calculated by the system, according to country and number of items ordered, during the check out process. International orders can incur duties and taxes. Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery. More information can be obtained by contacting your local customs office.
