Terms & Conditions

The terms, policies and conditions described below govern the use of White Antler. Your use and/or placement of any order constitute your agreement to follow and be bound by these terms stated. We may change the Terms & Conditions, from time to time, without prior notice.

Registration 

When creating a customer account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information as indicated. Please ensure that all information entered is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects. It is your responsibility to keep your account password secure. In the event of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account, please contact White Antler immediately. White Antler will not be liable for any of your losses due to any unauthorized use of your account. 

Orders & Delivery

All merchandise is sold on a first pay basis and are subject to acceptance and availability. Please note that items in your shopping cart are not secure until payment is successfully processed, and may be purchased by other customers.

Your order is only complete when we have dispatched your order. Please note that before your order’s completion, there may be changes in your order due to factors such as stock discrepancies and unavailability.

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 3 working days. Handmade and custom orders may take up to 7-14 working days due to material availability and quantity from receipt of your order confirmation and payment. White Antler is not liable for any delay in the delivery of your order caused by destination customs inspection and clearance.

All orders made with White Antler are dispatched via registered mail and will include tracking and signature confirmation upon delivery. In the event that the order is returned to us due to error in delivery information as provided by the customer, or failure to collect within the stipulated timeframe as indicated by the postal service, a redelivery fee of the original postage charge (not the flat rate charge) would be charged and payable by the customer.  

In the rare occurrence that your order is damaged or lost in the mailing process, we will take each case into deliberation and proceed further with investigation with the involved postal service provider.

Pricing Policy

All prices stated on our website are in Singapore Dollars SGD$. All payments will have to be made in Singapore Dollars SGD$. The approximate gauge of the prices in United States Dollars USD$ as reflected in the item description is an estimated gauge for International customers and is not valid for final order payments.

Prices stated on our website are inclusive of Singapore Goods and Services (GST) taxes. For International customers purchasing from other countries outside of Singapore, please note that any taxes or customs fees in regard to your purchase are to be held responsible by the customer.

Handmade and Custom Orders Purchases

Please take note of the waiting time and estimated date of arrival for the handmade and custom orders. Estimated date of arrival for these items are stated at the product's description and are subjected to changes. Delays may occur and affected customers will be notified and updated with news of the orders promptly via email. In the event that the stock arrival is delayed for more than 21 days from the stipulated estimated date, White Antler will offer the option of a full refund to participating customers. 

Handmade and Custom orders purchases must be paid in full at the time of purchase and no cancellations or changes will be allowed. 

White Antler reserves the right to cancel any handmade and custom orders if the response is inadequate. Participating customers will be notified as soon as possible in the event of such cancellations. 

Exchanges and Refunds

All items purchased off our website is considered final sale and White Antler does not accept any form of returns or exchanges, unless in the event of defects or wrong order received.

In the event that you receive a defective product or if there has been an error in your order, you will be required to mail us back the items via registered mail with tracking. We will reimburse postage charges incurred by you for returns that are solely due to White Antler's oversight. 

Please seek to return or get a refund for your order within 7 days of receipt. Items must be returned in their original packaging to ensure that they are adequately protected in transit. Items must be returned new, unused and wherever applicable. Returns that are damaged or scratched will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

White Antler must receive all returns within 20 days from when you receive your order. Late returns that exceed the 20 days time frame will not be accepted. 

Refunds will be made directly via your transaction purchase, to the payment mode that you have used. We are unable to make refunds through any other methods. 

Defective Goods

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged or if there is a manufacturing fault. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Handmade and Custom orders are unique and may contain minor imperfections, as we like to call it "character”. If you would like to exchange a faulty item, please take pictures of the defected items and send us via email. We can only replace it for the same product, subject to availability.

Disclaimer of Liability

The material displayed on this Website is provided without any guarantees, conditions or warranties as to its accuracy. Unless expressly stated to the contrary to the fullest extent permitted by law White Antler and its suppliers, content providers and advertisers hereby expressly exclude all conditions, warranties and other terms which might otherwise be implied by statute, common law or the law of equity and shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever, including but without limitation to any direct, indirect, special, consequential, punitive or incidental damages, or damages for loss of use, profits, data or other intangibles, damage to goodwill or reputation, or the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services, arising out of or related to the use, inability to use, performance or failures of this Website or the Linked Sites and any materials posted thereon, irrespective of whether such damages were foreseeable or arise in contract, tort, equity, restitution, by statute, at common law or otherwise. This does not affect White Antler's liability for death or personal injury arising from its negligence, nor for fraudulent misrepresentation, misrepresentation as to a fundamental matter or any other liability, which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

You may link to our home page, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it, but you must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists.

You must not establish a link from any website that is not owned by you.

Variation

White Antler shall have the right in its absolute discretion at any time and without notice to amend, remove or vary the Services and/or any page of this Website.

If any part of the Terms of Service is unenforceable (including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you) the enforceability of any other part of the Terms of Service will not be affected all other clauses remaining in full force and effect. So far as possible where any clause/sub-clause or part of a clause/sub-clause can be severed to render the remaining part valid, the clause shall be interpreted accordingly. Alternatively, you agree that the clause shall be rectified and interpreted in such a way that closely resembles the original meaning of the clause /sub-clause as is permitted by law.

Complaints

We operate a complaints handling procedure which we will use to try to resolve disputes when they first arise, please let us know if you have any complaints or comments.

Waiver

If you breach these conditions and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these conditions.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are to be construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore and in the event of any dispute or claim associated with these terms and conditions, that dispute or claim shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

Usage of Photos and Media

All photos used from White Antler must be credited. We reserve all rights to the usage of our photos and media material on the Website.

Linking to this Website

You may link to our home page, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it, but you must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists.

Product Differences

Colors of products viewed on White Antler Website may differ due to the calibration of the individual computers of shoppers. We do not entertain exchanges pertaining to differences in perceived color.

In circumstances when you purchase White Antler merchandise from third parties, White Antler will not be held liable for any grievances.

Errors

There may be errors in the prices, descriptions or images of certain merchandise, and we must reserve the right to restrict orders of those items.
